Tim Rickard - Chairman
Tim has held the position of Chair for many years, and has worked in the business in engineering & commercial management positions.With a background in investment banking including with Macquarie Bank, and today a practicing Barrister, Tim continues to guide the Board according to the principles of Customer focus, Compliance and Continued growth instilled over the past 90 years.
Phil Peckman - Director
Phil lead the Dynelec business between 1995 and 2016, and maintains a major shareholding in the Jones & Rickard Group remaining active in the business. Phil, a Professional Electrical Engineer, continues to bring a significant contribution to the Board around Engineering excellence and continued Systems capability development.
Virginia Billington - Director
Virginia, a director of the Group since 2011, has a background with the Department of Defence as Director of Business Operations. Virginia holds qualifications in Human Resources and Organisational Development, bringing a contribution to the Board and business around Workforce development.
Steven Andrit - Company Secretary
Steve joined the Group in 2020 following a successful career in the Steel Industry with US Multinational Harsco Metals, based in Wollongong, most recently in the position of Australian Finance Manager. A qualified Accountant, Steve brings a very considered approach to our financial systems, reporting and compliance aspects of the business. Steve also guides continued development of the WHS&E and QA systems of the organisation.
